Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before using the FlirtyorDirty website. By accessing or using this service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms then you may not access the service.


If you wish to purchase any product via our website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your name, email address, phone number and postal address in order for us to facilitate your order. All personal details collected by this website are protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988. Our servers are secure and we employ a SSL Certificate from Sectigo (formally Comodo) to ensure information entered on this site is secure. You can tell that the pages are secure because the address in the Address bar changes from being http:// to https:// and you should also see a padlock symbol or key in your browsers border.

Online Payment

Customers can pay by credit card. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta and Maestro cards and use Opayo (formally SagePay and Protx) to process and encrypt your credit card payment details safely, using the most sophisticated online trading system available. In the interests of your privacy all purchases made from the FlirtyorDirty web site will appear on your statement as FOD Ltd.

Customers can pay by cheque payable to Flirtyordirty Ltd or you can send cash through the post, but please ensure it is sent Special Delivery. Please read the Royal Mail instructions for Sending valuables, money & jewellery in the UK

What happens during 3D Secure Authentication?

From August 2007, due to security changes involved with online purchases we will only be able to accept credit cards that are 3D Secure. 3D Secure is the latest fraud prevention initiative launched by the card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction. If this is the first time that you have used your card to buy from a 3D Secure on-line store, once you have confirmed your purchase you will be redirected to one of the 3D Secure verification sites (Verified by Visa - Mastercard SecureCode or a special site created by your Bank) where you will be asked to enter identification details and a password for use in the future. Once you have set up your verification password, you will need to use it for any future transactions with 3D Secure on-line stores. If you already have a 3D Secure verification password for your card, once you have confirmed your purchase you will be redirected to one of the 3D Secure verification sites and be asked to enter the verification password in order to complete the purchase.


It is the customers responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Additional charges may be incurred in the event of redelivery to the correct address. Orders sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery must be placed before 2.00pm Monday - Friday to guarantee next day delivery. If you are ordering on a Friday and wish to guarantee receiving your goods the following Saturday, please ensure you select Saturday Special Delivery when selecting your delivery service. Please note, depending upon your country, you may be requested to pay additional taxes on your order. It is your responsibility to pay any additional taxes incurred. Orders outside the UK will only be shipped to the cardholders address.

Parcels left in a 'Safe Place'

Please note: If a customer chooses to have their parcel be left in a ‘safe place' we cannot make a claim from Royal Mail on their behalf if it goes missing. If your parcel is marked by the Royal Mail as delivered to a 'safe place' designated by the recipient and it then goes missing, it is not possible to get a refund. Naming a safe place means once delivered it becomes your responsibility that it is safe to be left.


NB: Items returned to us damaged or in an unsaleable condition will not be refunded.

We are sure you will be pleased with your order but if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items provided they are returned unworn and in a pristine resaleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Exceptions to the length of time for a return may be made during Christmas or by prior agreement with FlirtyorDirty Ltd.

If the size originally chosen is not correct or if the item is unliked, FlirtyorDirty operates a no quibble return and replacement service to take care of such issues. Simply fill out the returns form available to download here and return the items to us using the address label provided in you parcel. We will send out a replacement size (if in stock), offer a suitable alternative or refund your credit card if so required.

If any lingerie product is purchased as a set (i.e a Luxxa bra and string set) and one part of the set does not fit, we cannot accept a set returned in part either for exchange or refund. The whole set MUST be returned.

Faulty items

All items are thoroughly checked right through the manufacturing process and checked by us again before dispatch but in the unlikely event that your product is faulty, we will happily exchange your product or offer a refund within 14 days of despatch provided the goods are unworn, unsoiled (no make-up, perfume, deodorants etc.), in their original packaging with all labels in place and in the same physical state as they were when supplied.

Non returnable items

For hygiene reasons certain items, including Pearl Thongs, g-strings and micro bikinis etc. cannot be returned if worn or tried on without briefs due to the intimate nature of the product.

How to Return your item

We advise that all returned items be sent insured via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and that you retain your proof of postage. Please note: we don't refund postage and packing costs unless we have made a mistake and are unable to credit you for packages that we do not receive.

If you choose to cancel your order once payment has been made you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods and MUST return the goods. A re-stocking/handling fee of 20% of purchase price may be charged to cover administration, banking fees, merchant charges and re-stocking etc. If you fail to return the goods, we may also charge you for the costs of recovering the goods.


If you feel you have any cause for complaint, please contact us advising us as to the nature of your complaint. We will respond to all queries and complaints as soon as possible but always within 5 working days.


This web site and all the images contained within it are protected by copyright and must not be duplicated or used in any way without prior written authorisation from us.

Errors and Omissions

We ensure that the price of all goods and services offered are clearly shown. There are no hidden extras, such as taxes, packaging or delivery. In the event of human error or malfunction in the technology, the prices on the site do not commit us to sale. Our system does accept credit card details at point of order, however the card is only charged at point of sale.

Law Applicable

These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes arise in connection therewith shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. By purchasing items from this site you are signifying your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions contained herein. If you do not agree with any of the information in these pages, please do not use this site. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
