Delivery Options and Costs
What are the delivery costs?
We send out all orders in discreet plain packaging via Royal Mail First Class, Second Class and Royal Mail Special Delivery. We deliver worldwide via Royal Mail International Signed For that requests a signature on delivery. Please refer to the table for delivery costs for your country or area.
When will I receive my order?
All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible* which is usually on the same day as the order is made (apart from the weekend and when ordering handmade items). All orders are sent in discreet plain packaging with no mention of our company, however please note that for delivery purposes our return name (marked as FOD Ltd.) & address will be shown on the reverse of the package which will enable you to identify it.
Parcels left in a 'Safe Place'Please note: If a customer chooses their parcel to be left in a ‘safe place' we cannot make a claim from Royal Mail on their behalf if it goes missing. If your parcel is marked by the Royal Mail as delivered to a 'safe place' designated by the recipient and it then goes missing, it is not possible to get a refund. Naming a safe place means once delivered it becomes your responsibility that it is safe to be left.
Orders sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery
Orders must be placed before 2.00pm Monday - Friday to guarantee next day delivery. If ordering on a Friday expecting your parcel next day we suggest you select Special Delivery™ with Saturday Guarantee and order before 2.00pm otherwise your parcel may not arrive until the following Monday.
Orders that require a signature.
We want you to receive your order quickly and safely and to ensure this we used to request a signature on delivery. Due to COVID restrictions a signature is not required at present. If you are not available a card will be posted through the door instructing you where you can collect your parcel from. If you do not collect it within 7 days it will be returned to us and additional postage costs maybe incurred. Alternatively you can call the number on the card to arrange for redelivery from Royal Mail at a more convenient time.
How can I track my order?
If you have opted for Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and your order status is marked as 'Complete' you will receive an e-mail with a 13 digit tracking reference number which links directly to the Royal Mail Track and Trace facility. This will keep you informed of the whereabouts of your parcel. You can also track your order online by logging into your account if you have one and clicking 'View' on the order you wish to track.

**All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature will not be required, however packages which will not fit through your letter box will be left a card advising that the parcel has been taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO Box's. Should you require details on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct www.royalmail.com. Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in some countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain destinations.
