In general European brands tend to come up slightly smaller. Use the guide below to help you find your measurements. To get a more accurate reading be careful not to pull the tape too tight. You could always ask a friend to help you. As every manufacturer seems to have a different idea about what a size is we've tried to make it as easy as possible for you to choose correctly. Measurements

Bust Band Size - To measure your band size, take the measurement underneath your bust keeping the tape flat and straight across your back.

Bust Cup Size - To measure your cup size, take the measurement across the fullest part of the bust and across your shoulder blades keeping the tape straight at the back but not too tight. Combine the two measurements to get your size.

Waist - To measure your waist, take a measurement around the narrowest part of your natural waistline keeping the tape close to your body.

Hips - To measure your hips, take a measurement of the widest part of the hips approx 8"/20cm below the waistline.
