What are the delivery charges?

We deliver worldwide via the Royal Mail so please refer to the table below for shipping charges for your country or area. If would like your order delivered by courier service please email us to discuss the options available.

When will I receive my order?

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible* and are sent in discreet plain packaging, however please note that for delivery purposes, our return name (marked as FOD) & address will be shown by the postage label which will enable you to identify the package. Orders sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery must be placed before 4.30pm Monday - Friday to guarantee next day delivery.

All orders require a signature.

We want you to receive your order quickly and safely and to ensure this we request a signature on delivery. We are often asked by customers to leave their order round the back or in the porch, but to ensure safe delivery we are unable to do so. If you are not available to sign for your order a card will be posted through the door instructing you where you can collect your parcel from. If you do not collect it within 7 days the parcel will be returned to us.

How can I track my order?

If your order's status is marked as 'Dispatched' you will receive an e-mail with a 13 digit Royal Mail tracking reference number which links directly to the Royal Mail Track and Trace facility. This will keep you informed of the whereabouts of your parcel. You can also track your order online by logging into your account and clicking 'View' on the order you wish to track.

**All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature will not be required, however packages which will not fit through your letter box will be left a card advising that the parcel has been taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO Box's. Should you require details on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct. www.royalmail.com. Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in some countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain destinations.
